MARKET UPDATE Summer 2008
Summer is now in full swing on Cortes Island and the visitors have arrived.
There are a lot of properties listed on Cortes Island for you to consider this summer! There is a new subdivision going in on Carrington Bay Road in the Whaletown area. The Boulder Point water access waterfront properties are still on the market as are the Tiber Bay Eco Initiatives properties. These can all be found on mls.ca soon to be renamed REALTOR.ca You will find the well priced properties are selling quickly so if you see something that interests you give me a call sooner rather than later!

VIRTUAL TOURS
An exciting new addition to the site is the Virtual Tour feature. Once you are on the virtual tour page, click on the photos on the left for each of the four tours. There is a tool bar at the bottom of the photo where you can pause and zoom in on the photo. There is a musical slide show feature as well. This is a fun way to get a good look at the homes listed.
Sales on Cortes 2008
So far this year there have been eight sales of properties on Cortes Island. Four raw land acreages, one 3 bedroom home on small acreage, 3 bedroom home on 10 acres, a 3 bedroom home with 1 bedroom suite on 2+ acres and Siskin Lane lot 20 with yurt, service building, bath house and approved septic system.
